The college is functioning in the lush green atmosphere of Thatchur, Arni. The well developed infra structure and the intellectual academic training to the students facilitates an extra ordinary education and technical skills.

The college is periodically enriching its infrastructure day by day. Institution is much grateful to the Govt. of Tamil nadu and Anna University Chennai to receive the grant of Rs.26 crores towards the construction of this buildings with hostel amenities. The college offers well equipped laboratories and class rooms for all departments. The college is effectively functioning in academic and administration for the welfare of students. The newly constructed ATM centre facilitates the staffs and students to accomplish their money transaction at any moment. The hostel buildings for both boys and girls hostels comprise one common dining hall and Ground + First Floor for both boys and girls hostel. To Accommodate more number of student in hostel the university has kindly approved for the second floor construction works in both hostels and the civil works are under full swing.

Adequate measures are also under progress for mobilizing the funds through various government agencies like UGC, Department of Science and Technology and from TEQIP scheme of AICTE.

Since internet acts as a new medium of communication that enables to gain access to vast amount of information on a broad range of topic, Internet facility is provided in our institution as an educational tool to all students. Both wired and wireless network access (wifi) is available with the high speed internet connectivity of bandwidth 100 MBPS. Wifi connectivity for the entire campus is also enabled in the campus for the access of internet facility at any time to all students.

Reverse Osmosis(RO) Plant is provided inside the campus to enable secured drinking water.

At a walkable distance nearby to the college an upgraded Primary Health Centre (PHC) is available. It facilitates the proper medical care for both the day scholars and hostel students of University College of Engineering Arni. It is also having sufficient number of qualified physicians. Whenever and wherever required, the college management has been taking necessary initiatives for the Students of UCEA to utilize the facility at the PHC for the speedy recovery of the students who require medical treatment.
